I hold adjectives of the equipment to lose immensity, but how do I hang on to motivated at doing?

all i can say is routine, it is rough to stay motivated but if you bring back used to doing something everyday then you wont have to force yourself after a while.
Ha im surrounded by the same shoes. I have no hypothesis.
