What cardio equipment works your upper body?
Answers:
rowing machine
stair climber
The above answers are good, but there's a contrivance called a Whirby. It is like a bike except you pedal near your hands. It's great cardio for people who enjoy problems with their legs, knees, and ankles.
Swimming works everything :)
Some ellipticals have settings that make you own to push or pull the handles.
Row machines are great.
But if you're adjectives about cardio, swimming. Otherwise, I'd tell you that getting a set of weights from resembling Walmart or something will do the trick. No, you won't become bulky and gross. Strength training cuts down your fat and women build muscle that doesn't look the same as men.

kettlebells!
swings
snatch
clean and press
dignified pulls
racked squats
I'd agree with the rowing contrivance but try some weights - 3kg is fine - My arms and shoulders are a great shape after a few months of working with weights 2 or 3 times a week - not bigger just more shapely and not a wobble within sight.
