CAN I SELL A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN ABANDONED ON MY PROPERTY?
I live in Mississippi. I have a bulldozer that have been sitting on my property for about 4 months. The guy that owns it and I have a disagreement so I cant talk to him. I dont know for sure but I am almost certain that the edge is hunting this machine. I dont know which one though. What is the process for selling this dozer for storage?
