Answering a examine on a position application more or less organization equipment?

I am applying for a trainee office admin job at the local city council one of the knob selection requirements says- the ability to use a length of office equipment- i am interpreting that to mean that one know how to use a computer, fax, phone, photocopier, etc
Am i interpreting this correctly?
Can anyone help me word a response nicely that states i am competent to use all this equipment and i regularly used all this within previous positions?

I have have previous experience using and maintaining general department equipment including; computers, printers, fax machines, scanners, copiers etc etc etc.

Add the maintaining bit (ie replacing toners) coz it sounds good and if you haven't in reality had experience doing that you can just enunciate its a different make/model to wht you've used before.
