Good nonetheless cheap equipment to buy, working on arms and chests?

ive already got a set of dummbells and it was all right worth the money. however i want to buy something cheap like under lb10- lb15 that can really give support to on my chest and muscles.

apart from a skipping rope. someting that can really work out on my arms and chest.
