I individual burned rotten 330 calories at the gym, what are some exercises I can do at home w/o equipment?

Both IZ [Elmo's Buddy] and Dirtyangel have great suggestions. I would add sit-ups and squats to build up your belly and thigh muscles. These exercises are quiet too, if noise may be a concern.
