How can you form abs short equipment?
I don't have any access to a Bowflex, Ab Lounge, or anything of the sort. I'd like to know how I can uptain ab muscles lacking those things.

To bring back abs it doesnt require all that expensive equipment. Just requires doing cardio (running/bike riding) and crunches/sit ups. You can find some workouts on youtube.com. Free way to attain research/info
i do not now what this is called but doctors right to be heard its better then doing sit-ups and crunches
1- you lay flat on your back
2- you slowly bring to the fore your legs up and down
3- its going to hurt your stomach for the first few times but you will be on your way of having abs Source(s): personal fitness coach
