I need a great home workout plan with categorically NO equipment because i wants to get a moment or two buff to make a tattoo i'm getting look good. and also for me to look flawless. And if your so kind enough would you know how to tell me HOW many push-ups or sit-ups and such is really upright for every night of the summer?
