What excercises can I do at home beside out expensive equipment?
I'd like to build up my ab's and my biceps can anyone help me?

Do crunch (aka curl-up) and sit ups for abdominal muscles. i recommend crunch though, they're safer and you can do them on exercise balls although it's not necessary.
for biceps i'm afraid i dont know anything that can be done short equipment.
and just in armour you're wondering, push ups dont train ur biceps. they train your triceps (:

Take a run slow at first work at it Stretch first, Or to see resolts you have to over excert yourself do more than an everyday routine. Walking your use to yu do it everyday youd have to tramp three months before you seen rise
You can do lots of exercises at home wthout equipment at adjectives.
I like the plank and side plank for the abs. You can also do push-ups and tricep dips for toning in the arms....look at exercisetv.com they own soooo many different exercises you can download to your computer or even just see the video online. It's pretty cool!
Sure simple sit ups and push ups. Do ten of one then go right into another. Switch rear legs and forth. How many can you do? Start by walking a mile every other day. When it rain you'll miss it, go to the mall and stride there.
