Is the mystic equipment for mages surrounded by runescape exclusively for member?
mystic equipment: mystic hat, robe, boots, etc.
i want to know ahead of time so i dont waste time building my artifice for the magic guild when i can get polite equipment.

yes, thge 3 types of mystic are reserved for members. but you wont be able to draw from into the magic guild without one a member anyways
Yes, all Mystic equipment is exclusively for members single. In fact, any other magical armour, such as split-bark, infinity and Ahrims is strictly for paying players, as is wands, the ancient staff and mage's book.
Non-Members one and only have access to the following magical clothing and weapons: Wizard robes, illusion amulets, wizard hats, earth,hose,air and fire staff's.

Unfortunately, mystic robes are for members only. In F2P worlds (free to play), here are those boring blue wiz robes. Although there is a latest minigame call "fist of guthix" that you can buy these really good robes (i think they're call combat robes or druid mage robes), there are tokens that you save up for every round you play and if you hide away up enough you can purchase these powerful robes.
P.S.-the bad piece about the robes is that you have to recharge it whenever the robe's power decrease.

yes it is though you can see it contained by free peoples worlds when people from members worlds log of and log vertebrae in to free peoples worlds though it dosn't have any stats within free peoples worlds
sorry but it true nonmembers don't procure to use any items made for member only and mystic equipment is made for contestant only except what you get from the current mini quest for rc if i recall those robes are for both non and member worlds
