What equipment should i buy for P90X?
If i am required to buy Dumbells, how many should i buy and what sizes? What else will i need?

It of late depends on how much you can and want to lift. I am a girl on p90x and I have a set of 5lb and a set of 7.5lb free weights. A verbs up bar is also something to get if you can. I dont own one because I have no where to put it so I basically rest during those parts.
