How do i loose 35 pounds within roughly speaking a month or two minus workout equipment or pills?
im really short like 4'9 and i weight around 130! i know its alot for my height and i really wanna loose it but its hard! any tips??

If you looking to loose shipment you need to still do it but be healthy. Eating right and burning calories through exercise is the individual way. Yeah, you can starve yourself, but before your body eat up fat its going to eat up adjectives your muscle. Making you weak and miserable. run? no you're probably weak. first start stretching every night before you step to bed, and do 20 crunches. do that for about 2 weeks as well as drinking healthier and less, and next add in a 45 minute pace. after 2 weeks of that, instead of walking, try jogging. just build up your animation levels and it becomes much easier.

This sounds stupid and repetitive but it's the only thing that works:
1. chomp through healthy
2. excercise
3. talk to your doctor, they will know the best road for you.
It's really hard and takes greatly of will power, but it pays off. You can make it fun though. Work out next to a friend or join a sports team. If this doesn't receive you down to the weight you want to be, don't be hard on yourself. Sometimes it's in recent times genetics. I know someone on swim team that works out every morning and tries really hard and she still looks overweight, but my sister is really skinny and she never does any physical activity.
Exercise 1 to 2 hours per day. Walking fast at a track 8 -10 times should do it...(smile).
Eat healthier foods, such as fruits & vegetables, drink river instead of soda/sugary drinks, and take a walk around the neighborhood instead of sitting on the couch.
Little change can add up over time and help you lose some cargo.
