Does anybody know of inexpensive, all the same unbelievably impressive gym equipment?
I'm 17 and currently trying to lose 50 pounds. I love to exercise and I want to put a gym in my house. I already have a stationary bike and would resembling an elliptical but I have to retrieve up for that. Anyway I need some inexpensive items for my gym first. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Great idea !
I found out the best route to get cheap gym equipment was to look surrounded by the phone book , and newspaper adds for second foot reconditioned gym equipment that is in god condition but really cheap here is no need to buy new stuff when at hand is loads on good quality second foot equipment out there .
good luck and soak up your discount hunting !
Push ups, does abs chest, arms.
Squats - Does butt
Running - Does butt and legs
Aerobics - standard body reduction.
Best and cheap way to stifle body weight.
Also a good diet, no hydrogenated fat (bakery goods), High vegetable diet, low fat, moderate carbs.
"> u can buy dumbells and a medcine globe to use for situps and
that way u can lift weights, and train the abs better beside the medicine ball
For strength: free weights and a weight bench
For loosing bulk: go for a run, or a swim.
The cheapest equipment is your own body! Calisthenics, yoga, and pilates are great ways to stay in shape, and you really don't call for anything at all except your own body weight.
But, if you really want equipment, I would suggest some resistance tubes (they come surrounded by different varieties). You can do a ton of different exercises, you can increase resistance just by "choking up" on the tube, and they're small so they go anywhere.
Dumbells are adjectives right, but my experience is that people buy them and then don't use them. Or, they use them and eventually the weights become too hurricane lantern to do them much good.
