What equipment and utensils are needed for making candy?
Are you making complex candy? You would probably need lollipop molds, sticks, wax paper, candy thermometer, flavorings, pots, ingredients, etc.
Depends on the type of candy
Depends what type of candy you are making, but for any type of chocolate type recipe, i would say just a double boiler (or you can put two pan together, one with hot water boiling on bottom and a smaller one that you put on top next to the chocolate-it looks kinda ghetto lol but it works!)
With other types of recipes, like peanut brittle, you single need a pan and some type of cookie sheet.. but also trade name sure you get a candy (or some type of boiling even) thermometer! it's very exalted that you dont over or under boil/cook your candy.
For xmas i'm making fudge with walnuts, peanut brittle, caramels, and turtle chocolates. If you requirement any help just contact me!!
it depends on wht candy your making. but generally stove, container, thermometer, sugar, food coloring
Measuring cups and spoons
Pastry brush to mop up down candy crystals, optional but nice
Just you ;)
Candy thermometer, wax paper, non-stick skillet or pot that is made for candy, lots of self-control and a quick hand.
Depends on what kind of candy you're looking to make.
