What is the most powerful home exercise equipment you can purchase?
I would like to concentrate on one that uses my abs. If you personally know of one that really works, I would appreciate you describing me how effective it was for you! Thank you within advance!

All you need for a tremendous ab workout is you and the floor. But if you really want to get crazy and be a big spender you can invest within an exercise ball and a yoga mat. I own the Total Gym, nice equipment - but not neccessary. For abs, there is nought you will be able to buy that can match the vercitility and helpfulness of an exercise ball.
A good counterbalance machine like bow flex or solaflex is the best.
Another pious one is the Nordic trac ski machine it works both upper and lower body.
Another good one is a stepper climber combination.
About the single thing I have ever found that works beside abs is lots and lots of set ups and crunches.
The Total Gym is a really good piece of equipment and you can incline the bench and do sit ups for your abs.It folds up other as well and doesn't take up too much space. My neice loves her ab doer but I don't hold one so I can't vouch for it. She has lost a lot of mass though but she uses other equipment as well.The best thing for your mid subsection is to twist your upper body from side to side while keeping your feet and lower body still, and doing the exercise where on earth you bend from side to sde while reaching your arm over your head and stretching to that side, also while laying on the floor put your foot together and lift your legs straight up in the atmosphere. And contrary to what you hear from the folks trying to sell you exercise equipment crunches and sit ups. God bless!!
