What equipment can I purchase to slap my phone?

I want to record all conversations I take home on my phone without anyone else knowing. I live in a state where on earth this is legal for me - one party consent. What equipment can I purchase to be exact hidden enough where on earth people don't come over and say "oh you cassette your phone calls, etc." I don't want anyone else to know. Thanks.
