How do I access unlocked PvP equipment contained by Guild Wars?

I've been playing Guild Wars for a while now, and I've unlocked like mad of stuff. I remember at first, when you where creating a PvP only role you could select those things while creating a character, but that ins't true anymore.

Where can I get my unlocked runes, armaments and inscriptions for a PvP-Only character?
Answers:
You have to unlock them by id'ing them surrounded by PvE or spend Balt faction to unlock them at a Priest of Balthazar.
