However, you clearly burn alot more calories at a difficult bpm. Even though the % is lower, you will burn more fat in total. 2ndly, it improve your cardiovasular health, allowing you to be more fit, and haev a higher metabolism which contained by turn will allow you to burn more calories at idle (not excercising) If running fast is stressful on your knees and you cannot achieve up to a high bpm, swimming or cycling can also get your bpm glorious.
