How to report individuals stealing equipment from the company I work for?
If I'm aware who is commiting the crime, and the police is involved but have no clue, how can I report what I know and at the same time avoid getting involved?

Be well thought-out calling in an anonymous tip, they can retrieve the phone number you called from or digit out where you live in conjunction to where on earth the phone call was placed.
Send the police an anonymous tip. But unless you've get some evidence they can see (such as a surveillance video), they may be reluctant to act. Better if you speak to them, tell them what you know. If you own evidence (saw it happen or something), they can probably use that to get a warrant to query the person. But without your statement, they wouldn't enjoy enough to go on.

Be severely care full here- If I had a situation close to yours and I honestly thought someone was ripping my boss off, and I have some intelligent reason to believe it, I would simply ask to have a conference next to my boss and explain to him what I know and let him take it from in that. He is not dumb he would know how to handle it. Or it may be he is already suspicious and needs someone close to you too help him.

Send an anonymous facts to your boss a a copy to the cops- if you are uncomfortable telling them upfront... Just formulate sure you are sure... w/b terrible to accuse the wrong personage... that is very stocky.
