i think you can try to do sit-ups. it can train the uper abs.
for lower abs you can try the bellow:
lay down on the floor and hold on to you body straight, raise both of you leg togather high up, later put down your leg,when you put down you leg, do not touch the floor and raise your leg up again.
you will feel you abs is working when you do this..

This is what I do when I watch TV.
Exercise one:
Sit on the couch, move forward so that only your butt is slightly sitting on the couch. Thighs should not touch the couch at adjectives.
Close your feet, sit up straight, relax your shoulders, suck your gut in, and slightly lean put money on at the 45 degree angle that you're comfortable in but not too comfortable...and hold. You're doing it correctly if your tummy and torsol are shaking and your abs are contracting.
Exercise 2:
Sit on the couch, close your foot, sit up straight, relax your shoulders, suck your gut in, and slightly lean back.
