What equipment is important for the P90X Extreme workout?

I just ordered the P90X system and they don't tell you what equipment you necessitate. I imagine I'll need a chin-up / push-up stick at the very least. What else?

Congrats on ordering your system. I hold been doing P90X and LOVE it.

You will need dumbbells or resistance band for many of the exercises. You will also need any a pull up bar or door attachment for your resistance band. Those are really the only things you absolutely have need of. You may also want a Yoga mat, Yoga blocks, Heart rate monitor, and supplements.

I use primarily resistance bands and a pull up stick. I never really like resistance and I definitely never like pull ups. They both have given great results so turn for it and give it your all and you will see results.

Also start looking for an nouns that you are going to use to workout. I usually have my basement but Plyo days you will entail room to jump. Let me know if you have any other question
