By ruling, how long can a company hold an equipment to gain fixed?

Let my multifuncional printer Canon (n0 good) to get fixed in Las Vegas, NV and is taking forever. Please back me to find legal advise for that, consumer rights relateecstaticletronics online or books. Thanks

THey can hold it till its fixed but you have to make sure that your warranty does not run out in the past they send it back or you might seize billed. It happens alot but make sure you hang on to the receipt you sent it with so you can prove they have for a long time.
till it is fixed, there is no "time limit"

if they are not getting it fixed you can ask for it back, bring it somewhere else, if it is a warranty you can sue them for not fixing it.
If they are acting reasonably there is really no set time goal.

Read your warranty and try calling to find out what is going on.
