If you do not know how to do it, than thieve the brid to a vet or pet store. It cost only about 10 dollars and you lone have to do it once a year.
However the way to do it is by spreding the wing out and clipping the flight feathers(first 4 only). Clip one at a time, and don't clip too short as you'll hit a capillary.

This is the easiest mode. Instead of looking veins and worrying about adjectives a blood feather. Spread the wings you see layer of feathers. long feathers in the very front are the flight feathers, later they'll be another layer that it much shorter. clip the first 4 feathers up to the 2nd layer of feathers surrounded by a straight line on both wings. Let the bird do a try-out fly. If it can still fly up more than 3 feet clip a 5th, then a 6th if needed. The bird should know how to glide to the floor and not crash injuring their breast bone or breaking their beak. Here's an illustration I found...
