extra aircraft can be bought for 137 million. large quantities (100) can be bought for 117 million respectively.
larger quantities like 400 unit can be bought for 92 million each.
that includes the weapons systems (like radar, deployment, computers, etc) but not the actual arms.
as to your question. they are not for sale so it's impossible to give an account but if they were, it would be less than $140 million for 1 and smaller number than $92 million for 400 at a time.
if you want to design and build your own, something like 70 billion dollars today.....
A moot question. If it did not hold any weapons or the equipment to support weapons, nearby would be no reason for it to exist and therefore, it would not.

I bet the value of armament and amrmament systems is the side-line in the Raptor's price. the fundamental elements of its costs are the stealth development and the engine.
I'd throw a rough estimate roughly 2/3 to 3/4 of its recent price. out of the rest about 1/2 or more would be the radar and fire control.
