Is at hand anyway to catch faster running surrounded by a fixed time and short adjectives the equipment?
Answers:
1. Where are you located?
2. What are you trying to get faster for?
Without the answer to number 2 there is no road to properly answer your question. And with your fixed time no equipment is going to help you either. Also a personal trainer of any trait or honesty shouldnt have taken a penny from you knowing what you wanted to do. Now if you have gone to a track specialist that MIGHT be another story.
I do hope you PR in your meet.
I am interested to know what event you are doing so I might furter assist you.

No, theres no other way other than running and sprinting. And theres no possible track you'll improve in two days, your body take 3 day upto 3 weeks to compensate for the work it does in training, so nil you do now will make any affect.
I'm assuming though that anyone coached and all your form is good, because correct form could knock a bit of time rotten. The best thing you can do now though is only rest and eat correctly. GO on the day of the meat hold on to hydrated warm up properly and do the best you can. Don't stress about it, you involve to be as relaxed as possible.
