How can i best work out short a gym or equipment.?
i need to lose weight but i also know that the more muscle the easier it is to burn oil.

Aerobics. People love it. It moves every part of your body & tones it. You only follow the coach, you don't count for yourself. Unlike contained by the gym, when you have to focus on your sets. Plus the music moves you as you feel resembling dancing.
Simple activities every other daytime, 4 days a week or so, like walking, jogging, bicycling or running, for 30 minutes next increasing by time to an hour, really helps burn.
You can divide the 30 minutes throughout the day too.
