Where can you buy equipment to trademark your own bottled river?

I am looking to produce my own bottled water but I have no opinion where and what to buy with regard to packaging. Any information on how to properly seal plastic bottles using cost powerful equipment would be greatly appreciated :-)

you need to post a million dollars with the FDA and take certifications as well....anyone can bottle water, but if you market it you must get permission from The Food and Drug Admin.
