When buying electrical equipment what does it propose when they right to be heard (24bit 96khz)??

i know the answer may seem very natural to a lot of people but i no nil about electronics.

i want to buy a sound card and it say its 24bit 96khz.. what on earth does that mean??

its for music , from what you wrote? build sure also the asio drivers are good + low latency less than 10 ms.. the lower the better.

24bit.. is of late how many bits it plays back at / annals..

e.g. cd player is 44.1 + 16 bit (so half the 96)

it's just the competence of it.. if its for music, then yep 96 / 24 is good =)

the difference between 96 + 44.1 you can hear, it have double the frequency range..

also the 24 bit.. is the range it can support.. so articulate you make mix a tune at 24 bit.. you notice the difference..
