My volleyball troop surrounded by illustrious university desires to bump up money for equipment. Any design on how to lift money?

You can do a Serve-a-thon, you stir around to family and friends and ask them for pledges, you then see how heaps serves you can get over and in in ten min. for ex. Grandma will give you $0.25 for every serve that you get over, let say you 175 over and in, that would be $43.75. Not to discouraging just for one person! Just capture as many pledges as you can, or people can basically donate 5, 10 or 15 dollars, anything helps!!
That is what my team other does and it is great!! Source(s): former vball player and current coach
ESPN have a coaches fundraising program where you and your teammates would sell magazine subscriptions to your friends and loved ones. The return is very good...$8 per subscription sold (I think) so that could smoothly add up.
I like the serveathon conception too...I think that would be pretty good for you guys.
If your an attractive team you could do a slave auction. Auction off your teammates to be slaves for the sunshine.
well, if u want to take the risk. okay, do u havea harkins or an imax or amc theater? ask if u can rent it out. after give the s a bunch of tickets to sell. certainly this works well only contained by really large groups....if your s know ALOT of kids and are pretty popular and friendly and stuff, go ahead and try it. our chourus class did and we get like 2 thousand bucks. you might wanna look into the details tho.
You could do carwashes, bake sales, door to door sale...things like that
my school just finsihed a cookie dough fundraiser..next to JV and varsity we raised about $$3500..
we're gonna hold a car wash soon [about $600] and
a servathon..beside pledges for how many serves u can get surrounded by 2 minutess..[an additional $600]
that helped our troop
Working at the car mop up whoa whoa yea yea yea!! HAHAHA!!
why don't you try to find sponsors? if you have rich connections, and if you know how to do *sipsip*, i'm sure they would be willing to pitch within a few hundred pesos. haha
seriously though, you could host contests wherein a person has to buy tickets or something...or you could own a garage sale,. better yet, a USED BOOK Dutch auction! that always works. oh well, obedient luck.
Carwash, bake sale, produce everyone gather things they dont want anymore and have a yardsale!!
