Here is an charity in Arizona that has a newsletter where on earth you can advertise. Perhaps you can find something similar in your nouns by searching on your state and the words "Assistive Technology".
The goal of the Arizona Assistive Technology Exchange hosted by AzTAP is to put AssistiveTechnology equipment explicitly not currently being used into the hands of someone who can benefit from it. For more info be in motion to: http://www.azatexchange.org/home.php
Call your local non-profit hospital. Get a receipt as you can use it for tax conclusion. I don't know if they will accept it, but it is worth a shot. It will depend on their condition, and then their bioengineer department have to say that it is in virtuous enough condition. If not, Medical schools, Nursing Schools, and Physical psychiatric therapy schools also need this equipment and depend on donations to support educate the up and coming health proffesionals.
