How can I slim down my hips and flatten my stomach minus diet or exercise equipment?
I want to have slimmer hips and a flatter stomach without going on a diet or using exercise equipment.

Depending on your age, I would say-so plastic surgery. It worked for me. After having two c-section my stomach was a mess and I tryed everything and my lower abs/stomach would not slim down nor shape up. So I did alot of research for almost 2 years and I found a good doctor that did a wonderful tummy tuck on me, and I have be happy since then.

You can do it in need the exercise equipment but I hate to tell you this you are going to enjoy to diet!!
There is no such thing as spot reducing, so you can exercise all daytime long and all it will do is to tighten a bit. If you have any podgy you'll have to burn it off. Now within order to lose 2 pounds in a week you would enjoy to exercise enough to burn up 1,000 calories--now that's a lot of exercise! But if you also diet (it doesn't own to be drastic) but if you diet a bit you may only have to exercise to burn 500 calories. Look at what you are consumption now and what you can cut out. I do have an answer for it, because I looked for it myself, for a long long time. I used to be 120 pounds, then within 4 months I ended up with 50 extra pounds because of stress.
