Maytag commercial laundry equipment.. sucks....dont work. individual five years older?

I own a laundromat and the $48,000 worth of equipment is only 5 years old.. in actuality, this junk started falling apart about right after the warranty run out. it all works sometimes but falls apart alot.
the dryers wont heat up. the rubber seal rip and tear. mold builds up in the soap compartment for the stuff softener... door either wont unlock or wont lock... the lock broke on both 35# and 50# washer one month apart.. now they are going out again.. cant afford to fix them. the sale where i bought it said i would make upright money.. ha ha.. i have never made one nickel profit from this place.. i need some lend a hand trying to fix them...

First, I've worked these washers and dryers for years but I don't claim to know everything. Second, out of all machines to work on, these are the easiest.
If you want to learn to fix them, contact Maytag and buy the service booklet (have the model # in hand). Maybe will cost you $50-60 but well worth it.
If you don't want to fix them, hire a service company.
But if you enjoy any mechanical knowledge, near the service manual, YOU can fix them it's not that hard. The service booklet goes through trouble shooting, everything!
Then call around for parts prices, but single use "Maytag" parts.
