i am not gonna be able 2 go to the gym this days so i want 2 know what is the best workouts that i can do at home similar to pushups..

try push-ups, sit ups, squat thrusts, squats,if you find them easy;squats with you standing on your toes. sit ups beside your legs in the air at a right angle. cause sure you warm up and stretch properly so that you don't injure yourself, especiall with hamstring. do pushups for your chest... pull ups for your subsidise.... use dumb bells for shoulders (shoulder shrugs), use dumb bells biceps (curls), good old fashioned bench dips will work out your triceps, squats for below the waist, crunches for the midsection. Remember for size you should not be able to do more then 8-10 reps near a paticular weight...for definition 10-12 reps and anything involving your own body weght like dips and push up do until muscle let-down... rest each muscle you work out atleast 3 days for it to recoop... if you are interested an excellent at home exercise but i must warn it is not for the watery is P90X... you can find out more info on this at beachbody.com

Well it depends on what you want to achieve with your workouts. Hindu squats and pullups and pushup are great, especially next to the variations you can do to target different muscles. Dips and wall handstand pushups are good.
