Will i be denied from thickset equipment training for a history of mental ailment?

Have a history of MILD depression and ADHD. Currently on medication for both. I'm all good immediately. Just wondering if I should lie on application, or will they blood test me. Also how will that work beside employment, should I like to them as well or will they find out once I find blood tested or purchase prescriptions with their health insurance? If I will be disqualified, do you know of any similar art options for me? Thanks so much!
