Heavy Ebayers-Is it protected to buy fitness equipment from ebay?

I am looking to buy a leg magic system. I'm a broke college student so I have to keep under surveillance my money. They are typically $130 plus tax and shipping, unless I bought one locally. On ebay, I have found them for $10 plus $50 shipping and handling which is for a while less than half the price. The seller have high positive feedback are stating that you can buy insurance, but if anything breaks during shipping, they are not responsible. I'd fairly not pay $50 for something that may end up broken, even by calamity. I'd rather pay the $130 and be assured that the company will promise with problems if there are any but that would be a huge price for what I label. What would you reccomend?

As long as its new It should be fine. If it breaks during shipping and you purchased insurance during shipping. The company or the shipper has to settle up for the item.

i would suggest getting something USEFUL off craigslist instead. You do know that leg magic is useless right? Unless you supplement it near cardio to lose fat, you will just close up with bigger legs because you gained muscle. Plus, on craigslist, you can see what you buy formerly you buy it.
