I operate heavy equipment and I'm only making $15/hr(Canadian). Been doing it for 2 years! The company I work for extremely underpays their workforce also though. The "good" operators, that have be here for years, are making $20-$30/hr.
It depens on whether they are unionized or not.......$18 to $30 is attainable.
