I slipshod a drug examination for the Union of Heavy equipment operator?

I failed a random drug peak over 2 years ago for the union of equipment operators. I be just wondering what the chances are that i take back into the union in need going through rehab considering its been over two years and i have have about 15 drug screens on dictation since.
