Earth Moving or Heavy Equipment Training contained by Australia?

I would like to know where is the cheapest place to do sturdy equipment training in Australia? How come in Australia we don't enjoy better training in heavy equipment training resembling hours spent on a machine? In Canada and the USA they have 5 weeks on machinery and within Australia we have 2 days on a machine. How are citizens suppose to get work in Australia next to limited experience on machinery from the courses that we do.
