I own be working within a small substantial equipment shop for 4 years very soon.?
We only have 3 individuals working in the shop; and at one time just me and this guy I've be having probs with every sence I get their. Iam a really nice guy and help my co workers when needed and have even help the guy that seems to just do things to drive me crazy adjectives the time. I just like to put surrounded by my 40 and pritty much do any task that is asked of me. I suggest iam pritty nice but now after working their this long I'am begining to wonder. We all shair shop tools and I do own some of my own. I've tryed all kinds of entity to make thing more serene between us. I have even returned a shop tool to his work area even though its not his. The guy never picks up his mess I regard as he is the biggest slob I've ever worked with. He walks around thinking he never does any entity wrong; but to me does some crapy work at times. This guy will do things like leave his mess, trash the rest room, hail as me names but not directly.
And oodles other things.Iam not the kind to run to the office. What should I do?

You should be a man, and just do like I do and don't verbs about it. It will take carefulness of itself in due time. It always does for me. God removes ancestors from me who give me trouble or either removes me from the nation. He'll take care of you as okay. You might get moved to a different position to where you don't enjoy to work with certain inhabitants. God's mysterious like that. Source(s): God's Strength(My MachineryFAQ.com display name)
It sounds like you are doing everything right. You can't control how he reacts to you, but you undeniably can control your own behavior and attitude. Sometimes people have personal issues which enjoy nothing to do with you that affect their behavior. I'd speak don't take it personally and hold trying to be a good, decent individual.
Either run to the department or ignore it.
If the guy is rude to you already then he is not going to want to listen to your complaints just about he is doing his job, that will only craft him even angrier and cause him to get worse.
If he is truly doing shoddy work after you need to report him. That is important to the front bureau and a fireable offense. But, you need to have concrete proof and evidence of his shoddy work and his messy behaviour.
You can ask the office for a clarification on the rules for maintaining your work place and next point out that the shop doesn't seem to be following there standards. You can do this short naming the person.
Since you have be working there for a while, as long as you have a worthy record, then you should be capable of safely file a complaint next to management. The important piece is that you make it THEIR problem; shoddy work, possible failure of OCEA standards, or sanctuary hazards in the shop nouns. If you make this guy YOUR problem then the front organization isn't going to want to talk with you because you will appear like you are whining, and that is probably what you are worried more or less. You also don't want your complaint to break down into a "he said, he said" argument, or piss the other guy off you still have to work next to him.
If he is calling you names and not being polite after why should you be nice to him? I wouldn't start calling him names, but I would start ignoring him and I would generate sure that he didn't lay his hands on any of your personal tools. Get a toolbox that you can lock them up in. If they are your personal tools after you have that right.
Personally, I wouldn't give the guy the time of sunshine and I would ignore him. Meanwhile I would make sure that the other folks in the shop knew this guy have problems with you and he is the one that has raise the tension level surrounded by the shop. You want to almost bend over backward for the other employees and you want to be the friendly one. You also want to tell with the boss and see what they think. Do they even know these problems exist? Why do they save this person around? BUT, I wouldn't confront the front office until I have an example of this guy's shoddy work or until he left work and left his nouns a mess and a safety hazard. No one like a tattletale and that is the second thing you are concerned roughly. But, when there is a real issue of work or safekeeping then it is your job to bring it to the attention of the front organization.
