You're going to failure up spending Millions of dollars to purchase the equipment they use to make poker chips.
Second, I don't think that they flog these machines to the public (to keep counterfeiters from creating chips).
It would be cheaper to just design the chips you want and own them made for you. Below is the link to Chiptalk.net. These guys created a variety of chips for home poker sets that look and feel like the material thing.
