How do I thread a 5 thread Industrial Sewing Machine?

I bought a 5 thread ind. sewing machine, but have no instruction manual. Does anyone have a diagram on how to thread this? It only shows 2 things to be threaded, but doesn't assist with the rest of it. Thanks!
