What books should i read to revise how to put up for sale industrial machines?
i work for a technical company and i have environment in PR, but now i call for to learn how to do marketing for the industry, selling CNC-machines.
i really don't know where to start my research.
i enjoy no idea what a potential buyer would be interested in firstly, and i enjoy no idea how to face competition.

In selling a contemporary product my strategy is to start out with small buyers and work my way up to bigger ones. By the time I seize to the major players in the open market I sound like a expert.

There really isn't any good books I know of.
The first thing I suggest is cram as much as you can about the CNC machines you are going to be selling, then do research on the competing machines.
Then see if you can answer this ask:
What makes the CNC machine you will be selling better than any of the other ones?
Next, ask a seasoned salesperson for counsel, and see if you can accompany them on a sales call upon. Watch how they talk to the prospective customer.
Don't worry nearly competition, if the machine you are selling is good, and you can do a great livelihood at answering the customer's questions and concerns, there won't be any.
