How do you thread an industrial singer sewing domestic device model 191D200AA?

i have tried threading it so many different ways but i never know how to do it correctly. the thread always seems so tight and keep breaking. Iam doing a quilting project that needs to get done. I NEED HELP!! .

If one end of the thread spool have a notch for tying off the thread, turn it toward the handwheel.

Thread the apparatus with the presser foot up.
