How gluey are the wood lathes losing a plastered wall?

typically 1/3 inch
it used to be 1/4 in. with harder wood, it be 3/8 in. before my gramps favored the gypsum drywall
maybe a 1/4 inch, if that.
If the waffle type then 3/8's Stud wall are usually 3/4"
The antiquated type lathe are 1/4"x 1 1/2" rough cut cedar.
