How long does it thieve to become a cnc lathe specialist?

i have been trying to take a job doing this and everyone wants experience...i dont enjoy any so i was gonna go to university for it

Hard to say. You could go to a tech center and it should be going on for 2 years. You could also get a degree so 4 years. Then sometimes you procure your foot in the door and land here. But it is true that you need experience. I see young nation with schooling and they don't know crap. I also is people beside no exper. But they have the right mind for it. So they go efficient. as far as a Specialist, I've been machining for ten or more years and still learning everyday.
