Re- The ozone echelon - Is near a agency of using unhygienic CO2 to drive some of our vehicle and Machinery?
We're all aware of the effects the excessive Co2 is having on the planet, and that everyone is starting to verbs together and notice what is going on - including Richard Branson and Virgin.
However does anyone think that the above is possible? Is here a way of using Co2 to power vehicles and/or machinery, and save... can we find a way?
I feel it would buy us time to repair the disfavour we have done in the concluding 100 years or so, and plant the trees needed to slowly heal the ozone layer.

There is a program that is looking into pumping CO2 into cast off oil wells, lower than pressure. The same program is looking at pumping it to the bottom of the oceans where the high pressure will hold it within perpetuity on the ocean floor. The latter may not be a good view, since it will kill whatever life span may be down there. I believe there are some suggestions to bury any natural waste to slow down the decay and releasing of more CO2 as is arranged with the permafrost melting and releasing massive amounts of CO2 over the subsequent 25 to 50 years when the peat moss and old plant life decay after the permafrost is gone.
I think there is some studies almost using solar energy to produce energy from recycled CO2 emission from burning fossel fuels. I will include a link to that for you. I think that technology may still be going on for 20 or more years away, though.

Well... The Ozone layer depletion and the Greenhouse effect are two separate problems for one thing. CO2 doesn't erode O3, which act as a filter specifically for the UV waveband of the sun's rays, but rather acts as a one-way reflector for the electromagnetic radiation. Essentially, Ozone stops deadly rays getting in, while CO2 stops them getting out.
While it might not be possible to use the CO2 gathered within the atmosphere (save with the use of plants), we might be able to find some track to make use of the excess heat. There enjoy been patents put forward for devices similar to a solar panel that instead run on IR radiation; however, so far no actual method of electricity social group based purely on heat dash has worked.
Perhaps the only bearing to get around the problem is to find ways to better use the heat we afford off.
There is some research going on on the use of CO2 from power stations exhaust gas to grow algae (with sunlight) to produce biofuels.
C02 is the product of combustion.
Its a stable 8 molecule so i dont see how...
Chemists??
H20 (water) on the other hand,
ELECTROLOSIS makes Hydrogen / oxygen next ignite them makes.,,,, WATER... But we lose to much in friction of parts etc etc (wheels on ground etc!)
Nice thought though
CO2 is a spend in dribs and drabs product of hydrocarbons during combustion. How then can we use CO2 and make it source of vigour??
I dunno.
Thank God plants like the stuff, -and eat CO2 and can spawn O2 again!!
Not really, since CO2 is already used O2 (oxygen) and desires to be reinfused with the energy it give out as Oxygen, befoe it can be used again... otherwise, you could get an unlimited amount of energy from a small chunk of charcoal, or a piece of dust, or something
You cannot generate power from carbon dioxide.
Most of our fuels contain carbon and hydrogen. When you burn these using the oxygen in the air, thy become carbon dioxide and hose. To turn these back into carbon and hydrogen, you need to put life in. Trees and other plants do this using sunlight as their energy source.
We could rebalance the atmosphere contained by a fairly short space of time if we planted enough trees. That would require considerable international cooperation and money. Unfortunately here are more votes in waging period of war so we can get more oil than here are in saving the planet.
Nice ideea. The plants are using CO2 (photosynthesis). May be in future we'll can do also.
