Toy factory,very biddable idea.but where and which place you want to start. and you said wallow in govt aids. do you want to set up factory for just enjoying Govt.aids ? Dont expect any aid from Govt.If you are serious,first survey which type of Toys,your investment plans and size of organisation. and beware of Chinese competetion and marketing infrastructure.
in that is no rule to get subsidy for land and contained by case of machinery or capital you can come across kvic ,kvib in case u r setting the part in rural area. if it is surrounded by urban area u have to contact dic of ur distt. sort sure ur project cost will be below 25 lacs. excluding the cost of land and building.
