My dad likes machines, has be a machinist for pretty much forever.He works VERY hard-( on his feet most of the time.No air-conditioner.Long hours.etc ).

You bring back paid to work, you take classes and next you get certified in your State for a specific trade. You could walk for being a plumber, a mechanic, an electrician.... plus a lot more.
