Is at hand any directive or regulation preventing an international company from import used machinery to China?

I am asking as a potential manufacturer who is looking to set up a factory in China and use this machinery to produce merchandise. If you know, could you also please post some links so I can further my knowledge. Thanks!

I figure out your question. The best source of information would be the Chinese Embassy in Washington, DC. I do know of at most minuscule one U. S. exporter (cotton and textile fibers) that was asked if he could supply a reconditioned cotton gin. As far as I know there be no U. S. restrictions but it never got off the ground because the Chinese buyers any couldn't or wouldn't pay the asking price.
