robots. They can repeat the same task again and again lacking changing anything, getting bored, tired, or need to stir to the bathroom. Robots don't go one strike either :P
Robots are good for simple repetitive tasks such as fine art, welding, and such. For complex tasks, such as connecting wiring, or tasks where on earth the large industrial robots can't access, human labor is often more streamlined.
For the type of factories you said i'd say robots, robots can work at one and the same rate without the decrease of product aspect without resting for long amounts of time.
